Caribbean Elaenia
Caribbean Elaenia (Elaenia martinica), Caye Caulker, Belize
This bird apparently breeds sporadically on Caye Caulker, but I found several territories. I am only 90% sure of the identification of the individual in this photo, as it was silent, but I did hear others nearby.
